• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients needs and craft customized therapy frameworks to help them achieve their functional aspirations

• Coordinate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely alongside OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to deliver thorough, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Family Members: Guide patients and their families on therapeutic strategies to encourage ongoing improvement outside of the clinical setting
• Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on their path to success

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education or postgraduate certifications are endorsed and supported

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
