• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and design personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping individuals achieve their rehabilitative goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functioning, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to provide all-encompassing, compassionate care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Train patients and their caregivers on therapeutic practices to promote continued improvement at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment as needed to ensure patients remain on the right path.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Encouragement of continual learning or postgraduate certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required

• A strong passion for service and an innate desire to assist others in reaching their maximum level of independence
