The role is onsite only, providing in-person therapy services to a diverse pediatric population, with potential teletherapy options if remote service delivery becomes available. Key Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or licensure appropriate for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants. Experience in pediatrics, particularly within elementary school settings. Comfortable with teletherapy platforms if virtual service delivery arises. Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates or licensed SLPAs. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Provide individualized speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate therapy goals. Maintain clear and detailed documentation in compliance with school policies. Participate in team meetings and support ongoing student progress monitoring. Adapt therapy approaches to onsite classroom environments.
