Soliant is currently seeking one or more full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a school team in Little Rock, AR for the 2025-26 school year . This is a great opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting students' communication and language development within a supportive school environment. Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students receiving services per their IEPs Conduct new speech-language evaluations , annual IEP reviews , and re-evaluations in compliance with IDEA requirements Collaborate with special education staff, general education teachers, and families Maintain thorough documentation and service logs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans Manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining a student-centered approach Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Arkansas SLP license or eligibility for licensure ASHA CCCs preferred (Clinical Fellows may be considered) School-based experience is a plus To Apply:
