Certified Hand Therapist - OT (PRN)

Overview Position: Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)- Outpatient Float Location: West Side Float Schedule: PRN/Weekdays/Flexible Schedule Compensation: Hourly, Starting at $55.00/Hr., commensurate with experience Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a certified hand therapist (CHT) to join our team and float to our West Side Outpatient Centers. This is a PRN/Flexible Schedule position. In this role, you'll treat various upper extremity disorders including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures and more. Experience in custom splinting is required. Our regional hand therapy coordinator will work with you to ensure you have everything you need to succeed. Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs. Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff. Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception). Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy National registration and state licensure or registration rquired Previous,demonstrated marketing experience Solid experience in application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic CPR certification Valid state driver's license
