We are seeking a full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist to serve elementary-aged students in Carlsbad, CA for the 2025-2026 school year. This role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with a range of mild to more complex needs in a supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy to students with varying needs Conduct assessments, write reports, and support IEP implementation Collaborate with special education staff and classroom teachers Maintain documentation in compliance with state and district policies Support communication goals in both pull-out and push-in models Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology California SLP license required ASHA CCCs preferred; CFY considered Experience with mild to moderate and moderate to severe caseloads preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $60 per hour.
