This contract role spans the entire school year and includes a 37.5-hour workweek. The SLPA will work closely within a multidisciplinary team to support speech and language services for students across grades K-12. Key Responsibilities: Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy services to students with communication disorders. Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision. Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals. Prepare materials and resources needed for therapy sessions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote effective communication strategies. Maintain accurate records and adhere to confidentiality standards.
