Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC certification is needed to provide services for students in grades K-12 in Questa, NM. This contract position runs for the 2025-2026 school year, starting August 4, 2025, and ending May 22, 2026. The role involves providing speech and language therapy to approximately 20 students, including 4 receiving speech-only services, ranging in age from 3 to 19 years old. Responsibilities: Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy sessions to students across K-12 settings Work with a caseload of about 20 students, including supporting homebound students in the area Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and therapy sessions Participate in team meetings and continue professional development as needed Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with school-aged children from early childhood through adolescence Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adjust therapy approaches to meet individual student needs Strong communication and collaboration skills Schedule and Location: Position is based at Alta Vista Elementary/Intermediate School and Questa Junior Senior High School, with services also provided to homebound students Work hours total 16 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the communication skills and academic success of students across a wide age range.
