Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is sought for the 2025/2026 school year to support early childhood and elementary school students across two school sites. This contract position offers the opportunity to provide specialized speech and language services within an engaging educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students in early childhood and elementary settings Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to meet individual needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and regulatory standards Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches to student support Qualifications: Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working with children in early childhood and elementary educational settings preferred Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, families, and school personnel Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites with excellent organizational skills Knowledge of best practices in speech-language pathology and special education regulations Location: Two school sites located in Wilmington, Massachusetts This role provides a valuable chance to impact student communication development while working within collaborative school environments.
