Full-Time | Contract | On-Site Schedule: Monday-Friday | School Hours Contract Duration: 2025-2026 School Year (Full School Year) About the Position: We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school-based team in Buxton, Maine . This full-time opportunity will cover a K-12th grade caseload for the entire 2025-2026 academic year. Whether you are an experienced CCC-SLP or a new graduate eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) , we welcome you to apply! Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student communication needs Write and maintain thorough and timely documentation, including IEPs, progress reports, and evaluations Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Offer services across a diverse student population (mild to moderate needs) May provide both pull-out and push-in therapy services, depending on student needs Caseload Details: Grades: Kindergarten through 12th grade Range of needs: Articulation, language delays, fluency, pragmatic language, etc. Caseload size: Compliant and manageable, supported by district guidelines Supervision available for Clinical Fellows (CFs) Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Maine SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) Previous school-based experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply! Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
