The Physical Therapist complies with all regulatory, professional, ethical, quality improvement and facility standards, performs charting and patient progress notes as well as supervision, training and assistance to department personnel. The Physical Therapist serves in a multidisciplinary capacity providing services to a wide variety of populations which may include pediatric, medical/surgical, orthopedics, outpatient.
