Overview:

Due to growth, Orthopedic & Spine Therapy is seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Lakewood, Wisconsin. The caseload will primarily focus on general orthopedics, with opportunities to develop specialty treatment areas based on your interests.

Full-time Hours: 40 hours per week are available with a flexible schedule to work 4 or 5 days a week.

Availability: No weekends or holidays. Full-time is preferred, but candidates with a minimum of 10 hours per week will also be considered.

Ideal Candidate: Passionate about orthopedics, loves the outdoors, possesses a warm personality, and has a growth mindset.

Caseload / Patient Population:

Primary Focus: General orthopedics with 60% - 70% of the caseload being Medicare patients.

Expected Patient Load: 11-14 patients per day.

Session Duration: 1-hour evaluations and 40-minute follow-up sessions.

Professional Development: Opportunity to pursue passion projects based on personal interests.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience, with new grads starting around $75,000 annually.
