Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to help residents achieve their functional goals. Monitor residents' progress and report observations to the Occupational Therapist. Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment usage. Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver comprehensive resident care. Support and motivate residents throughout their rehabilitation journey.Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a COTA. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred but not required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
