Schedule: Full-Time | 7.5 Hours per Day | Monday-Friday
Setting: School-Based | Various Elementary and Middle School Sites About the Position: We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team serving multiple school sites in San Marcos, CA . This full-time position begins in November and continues through the end of the school year. The OT will provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs across various grade levels. Responsibilities: Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students across multiple school sites Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success Develop, implement, and revise Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and progress reports Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines Provide therapy in various settings, including classrooms, therapy rooms, and pull-out sessions Adapt therapy approaches to meet the individual needs of students with sensory, motor, and cognitive challenges Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field Current California OT license and credentials Experience working with school-aged children preferred Ability to work across multiple school sites and adapt to different environments Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Available to work onsite, full-time (7.5 hours per day) starting November 2025
