Asa Physical Therapist (PT) in our outpatient clinics, you won't justtreat conditions, you'll build relationships, improve lives, andgrow within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Our clinicianstreat a diverse range of diagnoses including pre and post-operativeconditions, spinal disorders, gait and balance deficits, and more.Whether you prefer to keep your caseload general or specialize inareas like orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prostheticrehab, vestibular, or concussion care, we make it possible. YourRole: - Assess and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological,pre- and post-operative, and sports-related conditions - Developindividualized outpatient physical therapy plans of care tooptimize patient outcomes - Collaborate with healthcare providersand document treatment in Raintree EMR - Engage in ongoingprofessional development and team initiatives - Maintain a caseloadof approximately 50 visits per week with built-in time fordocumentation Requirements Requirements: Degree from an accreditedPhysical Therapy program. Physical Therapy license or eligibilityfor licensure in the state of practice. Strong communication andclinical reasoning skills. Commitment to compassionate,patient-centered care.
