Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (CF) Location: Hybrid - Arnold, MD (In-person & Teletherapy) Employment Type: Full-Time (W2) Compensation: $75,000+ annually About Our Client Our client is a small, clinician-led pediatric therapy practice that focuses on play-based, neurodiversity-affirming speech therapy . Position Summary We are hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) who is passionate about working with neurodivergent children , especially Autistic children and AAC users . This role offers a unique opportunity to provide family-centered, strengths-based therapy while enjoying work-life balance and ongoing mentorship in a supportive setting. Key Responsibilities Provide in-person and virtual speech-language therapy to pediatric clients Deliver care through a play-based, strengths-focused, and neurodiversity-affirming approach Collaborate closely with families to tailor treatment goals and approaches Document sessions and progress accurately in compliance with standards Participate in team meetings and contribute to a connected, mission-driven workplace Maintain communication with supervisors for ongoing support during your CF experience Position Structure Schedule: Full-time hybrid - in-person at Arnold, MD office + two afternoons/evenings of teletherapy from home Salary: Starting at $75,000/year Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Retirement matching Ongoing supervision and mentorship Mandatory Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligible for or in process of obtaining Clinical Fellowship (CF) Passion for working with neurodivergent children , including Autistic children and AAC users Interest or background in family-centered and play-based therapy Ability to work in-person in Arnold, MD and provide teletherapy from a secure home setup Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Traits Familiarity with neurodiversity-affirming practices Experience or practicum with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) Collaborative and open to feedback Organized, self-driven, and empathetic Why Work Here?
