• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide thorough, integrated care.

• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt therapy plans as necessary to keep patients moving toward their goals.

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement for ongoing education and advanced certifications.

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
