Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and create individualized therapy strategies to support their journey towards functional goals.

• Collaborate with Diverse Care Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Family Members: Provide instruction to patients and their families on therapy strategies to foster ongoing success outside of clinical settings.
• Document Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor patient development meticulously and adapt therapy plans to keep individuals on their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and pursue additional certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
