Job Description
  • Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients specific needs and design individualized therapeutic strategies to assist them in achieving their goals.
  • Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based interventions to enhance patients motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to facilitate comprehensive, holistic patient care.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapy methods to foster continued progress at home.
  • Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that patients remain on their path to recovery.
Education
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from a nationally accredited program.
  • Continuing education or post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported.
Certifications
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
