• Develop Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients needs and create individualized therapy programs that help them achieve their personal function goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to promote patients movement skills, cognitive functions, and essential daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure integrated, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapy strategies to facilitate progress beyond the clinical setting
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor therapeutic outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed to help patients stay on track

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program
• Continuing education and additional certifications are encouraged and supported

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
