We’re offering a sign-on bonus for qualified Respiratory Therapists:
- $12,000 for therapists with 0–1 year of experience (2-year commitment) accepting a full-time role
- $20,000 for therapists with 1+ years of experience (2-year commitment) accepting a full-time role
As a limited time offer, specific to this location, enjoy an additional $10,000 upon completion of your third year of employment!
Sign-on bonuses also available for part-time positions and will be prorated based on commitment.

We welcome Respiratory Therapists at all career stages, including:
- Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT)
- Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT)
- Senior Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT)
Final title and compensation are determined based on your education, experience, and certifications.
What You Need to Get Started:
Education & Experience:
- Graduate of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program required
- As part of our career ladder, levels require different experience levels – but you can start with no experience!
- Senior level requires willingness to complete a project to benefit the profession, hospital, and/or unit
Licensure & Certifications:
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required.
- RRTs certified after July 1, 2002 must maintain NBRC certification per NBRC guidelines.
o CRTs can take advantage of dedicated support, including tuition assistance, exam reimbursement, and paid study time as they work to become RRTs.
- Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvanian
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Clearances (as applicable):
· Act 33 Clearance (with renewal)
· Act 34 Clearance (with renewal)
· Act 73 FBI Clearance (with renewal)
