Service Agreement - Physical Therapist

QUALIFICATIONS:
Certification to practice in Georgia as evidenced by current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy.

This position administers and plans physical therapy treatment and programs to students as assigned. Evaluates students' functional status and plans an appropriate treatment program to achieve short- and long-range goals that are measurable and realistic.

SALARY/TERMS/BENEFITS:
1. Rates to be provided per department.
2. Full-time/Part-time Position, based on need; Hours of operation are Monday - Friday; Some Saturday's depending on department needs.
3. No Benefits
