• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapy methodologies to facilitate ongoing improvement at home
• Monitor Patient Progress: Document clinical outcomes and adjust therapies as necessary to ensure patients stay on their path to recovery

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing educational pursuits and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential
