About the Role: Physical Therapist - Hartford, CT

We're seeking a dedicated and caring Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic, located on the campus of Hartford Hospital and the Bone & Joint Institute. The office is also walking distance to our state-of-the-art employee fitness center. This wonderful location offers a great opportunity for care coordination with system providers and is made of a team dedicated to health equity. Our Physical Therapists provide orthopedic & sports medicine services, vestibular rehabilitation, headache management, balance and fall prevention, as well as collaborate with referring partners to bring necessary access to the community of Hartford.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical challenges
• Develop personalized care plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Empower patients to regain independence and improve their quality of life

• Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• Current State of CT Physical Therapy license required or active temporary license at time of hire
