As a Physical Therapy Technician, you'll support patients and therapists by ensuring a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment. From preparing equipment to assisting during treatment sessions, your role is essential in helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their care journey. You'll work directly under the supervision of licensed physical therapists while contributing to smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
Greet and escort patients to treatment areas and prepare equipment as needed.
Assist therapists during patient transfers and treatment sessions.
Monitor patients and promptly alert the therapist of any discomfort or concerns.
Maintain clean and organized treatment areas by changing linens, sanitizing equipment, and restocking supplies.
Support office staff with clerical duties when not engaged in patient care.
Follow all safety, infection control, and universal precaution protocols.
What we're looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
On-the-job training or previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow directions, maintain a professional demeanor, and work well in a team.
Knowledge of or interest in physical therapy procedures and best practices.
