What Youll Do

Youll work with a primarily outpatient caseload, with a mix of inpatient and swing-bed patients. The caseload is primarily focused on general orthopedics, emphasizing manual therapy and evidence-based care. Youll be part of a respected team known for its specialized programming and commitment to excellence.

  • Treat patients 1:1 in a newly renovated gym with advanced equipment
  • Deliver highly personalized, patient-focused care
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule (4 or 5 days/week)
  • Collaborate with a passionate and knowledgeable clinical team

Qualifications

  • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
  • Outpatient experience required for Leadership
  • New grads with strong clinical rotations also welcome to apply
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
  • EMR documentation experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy aligned with individualized treatment plans
  • Document patient progress and ensure compliance
  • Educate patients and families
  • Support departmental operations, staffing, and financial performance
  • Promote services within the community
  • Participate in hiring, mentoring, and training new team members
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence
