At CUMC Bergan Mercy Outpatient Rehab Clinic, a part of CHI Health and CommonSpirit Health , were looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient rehab team. If you're committed to helping patients achieve optimal physical function and independence, we want to meet you!

• Provide one-on-one, personalized care to a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, neuro, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and patient goals

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of rehab professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and prevention strategies to support long-term wellness

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards and clinic policies

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current Nebraska Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)

• American Heart Association BLS certification
