Responsibilities for the Speech-Language Pathology Director Include:
- Provide leadership and supervision to a team of speech-language pathologists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies
- Oversee programmatic evaluation and data analysis, using outcomes data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain current reporting, documentation, scheduling, and billing processes in compliance with professional standards, state regulations, and organizational requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' communication goals and objectives
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct speech-language therapy services to clients as needed
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting professional growth and development among team members

Required Experience:
Qualifications for the Speech-Language Pathol
Experience and SkillsQualifications for the Speech-Language Pathology Director:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a speech-language pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in speech-language pathology, with previous supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent supervisory and administrative skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with active listening skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of speech-language therapy principles, practices, methods, and techniques
Proficiency in program evaluation, data analysis, reporting, documentation, scheduling, and billing processes
