Sunbelt Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district near Putnam, Connecticut for the 20252026 school year . This on-site position allows you to collaborate with a dedicated team and help students in Pre-K through 8th grade reach their communication goals.

Position Overview:

• Full-time, 35 hours per week

• Single school assignment for the full school year

• Caseload: 40 direct students , plus 2 SLPAs managing their own caseloads

• Responsibilities include evaluations, therapy sessions, IEP development, and working closely with teachers and staff

Requirements:

• Active Connecticut 061 Speech and Language Pathologist certification

• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
