The ideal candidate will have experience in adult ICU environments and will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care for patients in need. This role requires providing therapeutic treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.*Required Skills and Qualifications:* - Valid RRT credential - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association - Experience in adult ICU settings - Pennsylvania state licensing and verification, including: - PA fingerprints - PA child abuse clearance form - Compliance with COVID-19 and flu vaccination policies or an approved declination.Job Responsibilities:*- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostics as ordered by physicians.- Monitor and assess patient response to therapy.- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.- Educate patients and families about respiratory therapies and procedures.- Stay updated with current practices and protocols in respiratory care.*Expectations:*- Commit to working an average of 36 hours per week with no on-call obligations.- Maintain professionalism and compassion in high-pressure situations.*Additional Information:*-.Parking:* Free onsite parking available for staff.-.Dress Code:* Professional attire required.-.Pay Cycle:* Weekly.-At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
