RN Clinical Services Coordinator

Schedule : Monday-Friday, Day shift

Assists site Administrators, Director of Nursing, Administration, and clinical leadership in activities to achieve exceptional performance improvement and quality standards based on regulatory, accrediting, licensing organizations, and PHS standards of practice. Assists in development, coordination and/or implementation of processes to support ongoing compliance with accreditation / regulatory agencies and performance standards. Provides support and leadership to survey preparedness in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and other programs as directed to ensure compliance activities are met. Works collaboratively with SNF/AL leadership teams to promote a culture of safety and programs that support continuous quality improvement, and excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
  • Coursework/Training Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • 1 year Experience and knowledge of Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living; state and federal regulations.
  • 3 years Experience in working with clinical leaders and federal / state regulators in compliance.
  • 1 year Proficient knowledge of regulatory agencies (centers for Medicare/Medicaid).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Nursing.
  • 2 years Project management experience.
