Description

• Conduct evaluations for patients in inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting unique treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Implement physical therapy interventions concentrating on improving mobility, strength, balance, and everyday function
• Collaborate with a variety of healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and case managers, to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and home exercise regimens

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a similar accredited degree

Certifications
