Key Qualifications: Valid SLPA certification or licensure appropriate for the state Experience working with children in a school environment, preferably K-12 Understanding of various speech and language disorders common in school-aged children Ability to implement treatment plans under supervision and accurately document progress Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, therapists, and families Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines Responsibilities: Assist in conducting speech and language screenings and therapy sessions as directed Prepare materials and document student progress in a timely manner Collaborate with the supervising speech-language pathologist to revise and adapt intervention plans Participate in meetings with educational staff and families to support student success Maintain a positive and supportive environment fostering student engagement and growth Location: Fresno, California
