Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed for a K-12 school located just 36 minutes west of Portland, OR. This full-semester contract position offers the opportunity to support students' communication development across a diverse grade range. Candidates must hold valid certification as an SLP and be ready to bring their expertise and passion to the role. This position welcomes candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship year (CF), but applicants with Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) credentials will not be considered. Early candidates may have the chance to speak directly with the hiring director, who is conducting interviews this week. Key Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) Eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship year (CF) is acceptable Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators and families Primary Responsibilities: Provide speech and language assessment, evaluation, and intervention services to students across grades K-12 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student communication outcomes Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Location: Hillsboro, OR conveniently located about 36 minutes from Portland, offering a community-oriented environment.
