This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload across district-wide populations including preschool, elementary (3rd-6th grade), as well as junior and senior high school students. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services for students aged preschool through high school Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with educators and support staff to support student progress Maintain accurate records of services provided and student outcomes Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches to student support Qualifications: Current SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Experience working in pediatric and school-based settings preferred Familiarity with interventions suitable for a range of developmental stages (preschool to high school) Ability to manage a caseload of 45-60 students Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred Position Details: Contract Dates: August 18, 2025 - June 12, 2026 Hours per Week: 40 hours, standard school schedule Location: K-12 school district in Eltopia, WA Teletherapy services not permitted; all services performed in-person Position strictly for SLP; applicants for SLPA roles will not be considered This role is ideal for certified speech-language pathologists seeking to impact students across multiple age groups within a structured school environment.
