Job Description:

We are seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in Holdrege, NE. This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide rehabilitative services to patients, helping them restore mobility, improve function, and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions

Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care techniques

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records

Ensure compliance with facility and state guidelines

Job Requirements

Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Nebraska

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

CPR certification (current)

Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
