Job Description:

We are currently hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in Fairfax, MO. The ideal candidate will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients regain movement and manage pain following injury, illness, or surgery.

Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans

Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions as directed by the PT

Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress to supervising therapist

Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and safety techniques

Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation

Job Requirements

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Missouri

Graduate of an accredited PTA program

CPR certification (current)

Excellent communication and patient care skills

Ability to work effectively within a clinical team
