Client is looking for an experienced, thoughtful, and collaborative Clinic Manager / Lead Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. This is a unique leadership role for someone who thrives in both clinical and administrative settings and is excited to help shape the future of a vibrant, child-centered speech therapy practice.

In this role, you'll:

• Carry a part-time pediatric speech-language pathology caseload (in-person)

• Supervise SLPAs and provide clinical mentorship to junior clinicians

• Review and approve evaluations and reports for quality and clarity

• Support coordination with funding sources and ensure documentation compliance

• Serve as a liaison between the clinical and administrative teams

• Contribute to team training, support groups, and program development

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed SLP with at least 5 years of pediatric experience

• Has strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Brings positivity, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative spirit to their work

• Has prior experience supervising SLPAs and managing clinical documentation

• Loves the idea of building something special in a close-knit team environment

Bonus points for:

• Experience in private practice, early intervention, or multidisciplinary settings

• Myofunctional training or interest in learning

• Comfort navigating funding sources like Kaiser, Regional Center, etc.
