This opportunity is for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide specialized support for a K-12 school setting in Indiana, PA. This leave contract runs from October 13, 2025, to March 31, 2026, with a 35-hour workweek on a normal school year schedule. The role requires a dynamic professional experienced in home health, healthcare, teletherapy, and school-based OT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services across two school sites, with travel time compensated
- Manage and supervise a caseload, including oversight of two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to support student development and goals
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Adapt therapy strategies to address the diverse needs of students K-12
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license
- Demonstrated experience in home health, healthcare, teletherapy, and school-based occupational therapy
- Strong leadership skills and comfort supervising COTAs
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work across multiple school sites
