Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification with CCC credential
- Experience working as a School SLP, preferably with K-12 students
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and intervention strategies
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to student progress and individualized education plans (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and educational needs
- Provide direct therapy to students to improve speech, language, and communication skills
- Monitor and document student progress in line with educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute reports and recommendations
