Job Title: Pelvic Health Physical Therapist Department: Ambulatory Services | Sports Medicine Physical Therapy Dublin

Provides physical therapy treatment for diverse pelvic floor diagnoses and pelvic health impairments. E xpectation to treat bowel diagnoses and male patients with pelvic floor dysfunction . Position is 100% pelvic health caseload. Candidate must have c ompleted at least pelvic floor level 1 course through an accredited continuing education program.

Responsible for the evaluation & development of a comprehensive care plan for all patients. Functions within a team concept of rehab professionals. Documents patients abilities, progress & outcomes. Provides quality physical therapy services to an assigned group of patients and performs duties associated with patient care and participation in interdisciplinary teams.

Position located at OSU Outpatient Care Dublin.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited school or equivalent combination of education or experience. Currently licensed in the state of Ohio as a Physical Therapist. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred. M ust have c ompleted at least pelvic floor level 1 course through an accredited continuing education program.
