Travel Allied - Physical Therapist (PT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist Home Health
Shift: Days / 7a-5p, 104, 40 hrs per week, Thurs-Sun or Fri-Mon Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:

• MO is part of the PT compact privilege states
• Must have at least 1 year of home health experience within the past 3 years
• OASIS experience
• BLS
• HCHB experience preferred
