Insight Global is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric populations and a strong commitment to helping children overcome communication challenges. Youll work closely with families, caregivers, and other therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that support each childs unique needs. Treatments are 1 hour long, and you will be seeing 6-8 patients a day. Our client as a mix of ASD, mixed receptive/expressive language disorder, social pragmatic disorder, or artic/fluency. They have some young clients around 1.5-2 y/o and some older around 12 y/o.
Key Responsibilities
-Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children ages 1.512.
-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and family goals.
-Collaborate with occupational and physical therapists to support holistic care.
-Educate and coach families on strategies to support communication development.
-Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinic standards.
-Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and professional development.

Skills and Requirements
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Pediatric experience preferred (clinical fellowship candidates welcome to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
