Job Responsibilities

• Design Personalized Therapy Plans: Assess the needs of patients and craft individualized treatment strategies aimed at helping them realize their functional aspirations

• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver thorough, holistic patient care

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education or postgraduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certification Required

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is necessary
