- Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a well-rounded, thorough approach to care.
- Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education on therapy techniques to empower patients and their caregivers to sustain progress in their daily environments.

- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are both encouraged and supported
- Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
