  • Conduct comprehensive assessments in both inpatient and outpatient environments, creating personalized treatment plans for each patient.
  • Deliver effective physical therapy interventions targeting mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes.
  • Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and home exercise protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress in line with facility standards and regulations.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary care team meetings to contribute to coordinated patient care.
Education
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution.
Certifications
  • Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist .
  • CPR certification preferred.
  • Additional specialized certifications (i.e., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is highly preferred.
