Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy to K-12 students in virtual one-on-one and group formats. Complete comprehensive virtual assessments to identify student needs and guide targeted interventions. Create, implement, and monitor IEPs and therapy goals in compliance with Georgia and federal regulations. Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support overall student growth. Keep detailed and timely records of student sessions, progress, and IEP documentation. Attend and actively contribute to virtual IEP and eligibility meetings. Use secure, interactive teletherapy platforms to provide engaging and effective therapy sessions. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Georgia SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and service delivery Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a collaborative setting Comfortable using virtual therapy tools and technology Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (especially those fluent in languages such as Spanish) Technology Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection Desktop or laptop computer (Note: Chromebooks and tablets are not compatible) Must complete and pass a brief tech screening to ensure platform compatibility Ready to Apply?
