Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time opportunity is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide critical support within a K-12 school environment. This role focuses on middle and high school caseloads, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in students' communication development. This position is based in Marlborough, MA, serving students through teletherapy and in-person services as needed. It is a contract role covering the current school year (CSY), with immediate hire availability. The schedule includes 7-hour days, 5 days per week, allowing for a balanced work routine. Key qualifications and experience include: Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) or appropriate credentials as an SLPA Experience working in healthcare, pediatrics, schools, or teletherapy settings Background working with K-12 students, particularly middle and high school levels Eligibility to provide Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) services for newly certified SLPs is a plus Strong communication, organization, and caseload management skills Responsibilities involve: Conducting assessments and providing therapy to support speech, language, and communication needs Collaborating with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to create individualized treatment plans Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with educational regulations Delivering services through both in-person and teletherapy modalities as required Benefits of this contract position include medical, dental, and vision insurance, alongside a 401(k) match plan to support your financial future.
