Job Responsibilities Design and implement treatment plans to improve or maintain functional ability Use therapeutic exercises to enhance strength, range of motion, and coordination Fabricate splints per physician orders Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Supervise OTA/Aide staff in accordance with regulatory guidelines ??
