Your Role as a Speech Therapy Specialist In this impactful position, you will: Evaluate, assess, develop, and implement customized treatment plans for patients in need of speech and language rehabilitation. Identify therapy barriers and adapt treatment plans as necessary for efficacy. Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment. Celebrate and acknowledge patient achievements along the journey. Qualifications Needed Valid licensure or certification as required by state regulations. Completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification is mandatory or must be obtained within 30 days of starting.
